We provide a price guarantee on all transportation ordered with Transporteca. The price guarantee guarantees that you pay the total transport price and that there will be no additional unexpected costs before your shipment is delivered.
At Transporteca, we believe that importers are all too often met with unexpected and disappointing extra costs during the transport process. We want to eliminate that, so we offer a price guarantee on orders with Transporteca.
Our guarantee for you
We guarantee that the price you see here on the website and pay when you order the transportation of your goods covers all transport-related costs. We therefore also guarantee that there will be no additional costs for the transportation as described when ordering. This also applies in cases where the general freight prices in the market should rise after you have made your order. In those cases, Transporteca covers any increases in transportation prices.
The prerequisites for our price guarantee are as follows:
- All information given in connection with the order is correct. For example, if you order transportation of 400 kg of goods but the shipment weighs 500 kg, we reserve the right to charge the price for the additional goods. The price for the new quantity of goods is determined based on the daily price on our website.
- When importing, the authorities may impose any duties, excise duties, and import VAT on the imported goods. These are not part of the transport and thus not included in the price.
- You are responsible for ensuring that required export and import licenses are available and valid. Should this not be the case, Transporteca can help in certain cases. Such assistance is not part of the transportation price and thus is not included in the price guarantee. In this case, we will always inform you of the price of our assistance before we provide it so that you can make an informed decision about whether we should help. - Should you need to change the reservation, you must contact Transporteca. However, this may entail additional costs and is thus not covered by the price guarantee.
